We are planning to go to the world this September. We were going with another couple, but her job is being eliminated and they are probably not going with us. We already bought tickets for ALL of us (4 adult and 2 children) for Sept 22, but since they are not going are we stuck with the extra tickets? Disney says they are nonrefundable. Should we take them with us and try and sell them? Will I get in trouble or is there something against the rules to try and sell them out in front of the MK?

Call guest services and explain the situation. While they are technically non refundable Disney has been known to be quite flexible in these kids of situations.

You could also try listing them on ebay. If Disney won't refund your money and you aren't able to sell them, you could make someone else's trip a little more magical by giving them away to another couple you may meet while you're there.
