MNSSHP tickets from outside source?

I got my MNSSHP tickets in the mail today, I'm a little nervous because I bought them from a site called tickets-at-work for a slight discount, but now I'm reading the cards and they say they can only be used by the same person per card and must be signed for identification purposes. Our names are not on them though, neither is the date I bought them for. They say not valid until activated at a Disney ticket seller. They look official but I'm still worried.

I would be concerned. Does it say Mickey's Not So Scary anywhere on them? Also the date should be printed on them. I bought mine today at the date is printed as well as the ticket type. Unfortunately if they are fake Disney will not honor them and you'll be out the money.

Also beware of buying tickets on the secondary market because some bad CMs will sell their discount tickets and to try to crack down on that this year the CM discount tickets will need the CM ID that matches them as well as the CM.

The back looks like that except in the place where yours says valid only and the date, mine says not valid unless activated at the checkout of a registered Disney ticket seller.
i hate to be the barer of bad news, but it sounds like you have been had. either !. its a valid ticket, just not for the party or 2 its a bum ticket. is there a number to phone to see what the deal is? I feel so bad.

I looked up "Tickets At Work" on the Better Business Bureau website and they also do business under the name Entertainment Benefits Group LLC. They have an A+ rating so I wouldn't panic yet. Perhaps they sold you a voucher which needs to be exchanged at a Disney ticket office for a specific date. I would call them tomorrow and try to clear it up. They did have a number of complaints listed on the website but they were settled amicably. I hope this all works out - good luck and let us know how it works out!!!

FYI an A+ on the BBB does not mean much any more. Companies don't get docked if they try to fix the situation even if you aren't satisfied. To keep the A+ rating they just have to tell the BBB that they tried to resolve the problem but the client wasn't happy with the result. I found this out the hard way when I was offered a voucher for 50% off my next purchase at a glasses shop instead of a refund on my worthless broken glasses.

It does say Mickeys not so scary Halloween party on it and the times of the party and that its an adult ticket then under that it says in small print to refer to receipt for ticket entitlement. I have the receipt with the date I purchased them for (9/25/12) but the only date on the cards are 4/12/12 which doesn't make sense. There is no number to call but I think I'll call Disney tomorrow to ask if it's real. Now I wish I had done that before I bought them.

Called Disney tonight, but ticketing was already closed. They shut down at 4:30pm isn't that kinda early? Anyway, the lady I did speak with said the only way to know if the tickets are real is to get there and have them scanned. I'll try calling again tomorrow and see if I get a different answer from ticketing.

@YoungNY

We have Tickets at work via Walmart. I was going to use them but found it easier just to bundle through Disney and not to try to piece everything together. Hope this helps.

Will I be receiving actual tickets or vouchers to trade in?
All theme park tickets we provide are actual tickets that provide for admission, never vouchers. For event tickets, we either ship the event tickets to you or we generate a box office confirmation that allows you to pick up the tickets at the event's Box Office. Some dinner show tickets are vouchers provided by the shows, but provide for immediate admission after you reserve and select the performance time of your selection. There are a few smaller attractions that we provide vouchers for that include immediate admission without waiting in additional lines.

Because of the sensitivity of many of the offers we provide and the special discounts and preferred seating, many of the Box Offices require the name on the reservation to pick up the tickets to prevent ticket brokering.
