Does anyone know when they officially release dates? Planning dinner reservations and what parks when depend on this. Thanks everyone !

If you're going in September, just look at the calendar and any day they're closing at 7 will be a MNSSHP day. Same will apply when October calendar is released.

Thats only true after the final hours are released though. If you look at the current release of September hours they are closing MK at 7 every night for the first week or two of September. My understanding is that this will most likely change as the year progresses.

I should have said, When you look at the dates on the official Disney site." They haven't even posted September yet. They still only have until August. Once they come out on that site, you can pretty much count on the dates.
