MK opening at 8am 21st - 31st Dec.

I've just been checking out the hours on the official Disneyworld website, and notice that Magic Kingdom will be opening at 8am from Sunday 21st December, until the end of the month.

Given that MK extra magic hour is on Sundays and Thursday, does this mean that Disneyworld resort guests will be able to enter the MK park at 7am on these days?

If not, isn't that kinda unfair on Disneyworld resort guests, and taking away one of the major perks of staying in a Disney hotel?

I would appreciate feedback on this subject.

Yes, resort guests still get the extra magic hour so they can enter at 7. This is actually a good time to use extra magic hour because fewer people are willing or able to get there at 7am. Course I would still plan on leaving by lunch time, because it does get crowded on extra magic hour days!

The extra magic hour days are as follows:-

Sunday - Magic Kingdom
Monday - Animal Kingdom
Tuesday - Disney-MGM Studios
Wednesday - Epcot
Thursday - Magic Kingdom
Friday - Animal Kingdom
Saturday - Disney-MGM Studios

We fly out of MCO at 6:30 p.m. on the 21st. This will let us get there early do a nice lunch and catch the parade and still plenty of time to catch the limo back to the airport. I can only imagine how light the crowd could be at 7:00 a.m.:xmas:
