MK Halloween party?

hi all,

curious about the mickey halloween party. I may be in orlando on oct 17 or 18 and was wondering what the deal was. How late it runs, is it in M.K, what to expect, etc.

Yes, MNSSHP is just in the MK and it usually runs from 6 to around midnight. It's a lot of fun with or without kids. Candy is given out, almost all the rides are open, special firework shows at the castle, lots of characters and special parades. You do need to have a special ticket for this so if you feel pretty sure you want to go, you might want to go ahead a get a ticket and not wait till the last minute. They sell out, most nights.

Hours are 7pm 'til midnight, admission is by a seperate ticket and be aware that they tend to sell out in advanced so you might be disappointed if you try and buy on the gate.

Hoping to check it out on oct. 16th, and then do universal's horror night the following night. That looks crazy!

HHN does look intense! saw a special on travel channel and immediately knew I HAD to go! (I miss the original Terror on Church Street big time!)
we're making a 3-day orlando pit-stop this time mainly for it.

look forward to Mickey's Halloween too. I purchased tickets online for the 16th. I don't need to be in the park prior to the event do I? I mean, with e-nights, you have to burn a day off your hopper to go - this is a seperate admission, yes? (for $35 it better be!)
