MK fireworks from the Poly Beach?

Can you still see and hear(sound piped in) the MK fireworks from the Poly Beach...or are the bungalows now in the way?

If so, and I drive there, do I just need to make a drink or food purchase while parked?

Yes you can, just tell them at the gate you are there to visit the resort and get a Dole Whip, they will ask you for your id and will let you in, barring it being crazy busy/big event
