MK, Epcot, MGM, AK my ideas

Okay I have desined a whole park so I think i can tackle some of the problems the parks that exist now have. Wish me luck cause here I go!;

Magic Kingdom-

Ah the happiest place on Earth, the park that really gets you into the Disney mood as soon as you enter. Well it may be the happiest place on Earth but remember this is still Earth and nothing is perfect and everything always needs improved and so here are problems I have found in MK.

First of all Magic Kingdom as we all know is always PACKED full of people. And it is almost impossible to see and do and ride everything at this park in one day. So I am adjusting transportation. The railroad should stop at all seven lands. Second of all all rides will have fastpass. And all rides will be open year round unless renovating. Last of all I would remake Astro Orbiter so it wasn't a Dumbo copy. I would completly take away carpets of Aladdin and make it that the carpets are actual transports it would run on a track at 2 miles an hour. And it would take you to all the rides at Adventureland. Swiss Family Treehouse I don't care for but other people do so I would leave it there for the time being.

In Frontierland I would first make it so that Splash Mountain's line can only be so long before passangers can come on because that line just goes way out.And no one could get in line again until all of those people were done. You may not agree with this but seriously think about it. Of course Fastpassers would still be able to though. I would redo the Country Bears to put Beary Berrington in it too. For transportation I would let them ride Pecos Bill's horse, of course there would be more than one. i would add more signs to Tom Sawyers Island so you know exactly where Injun Joe's cave is.

At Liberty Square I would add a September 11th Memorial beside the hall of presidents just a statue with a plaque on it. Paul Revere's horse would appear for transportation.

At last Fantasyland! My favorite at MK. I would make Cinderella's Chariot appear to give you a ridefrom one end to the other. I would also make a Princess Parade just for Fantasyland where they come out and sing from time to time and at night they all come out and ride the rides with the people. I would rebuild Lion King and Mr. Toads rides here and I would add Hunchback of Notre Dame show here instead of MGM.

Mickey's toontown fair I wouldn't change much. Its for the kids or the kid of heart. I really go to it.

In Tomorrowland I would make Stitch be the alien at alien encounter. And your transportation would be a small hovercraft with a driver. Design it to be like Treasure Planet maybe.

Main Street would stay the same simple and nice.

Those are my ideas for MK.

Epcot-

What did you think when you walked into Epcot the first time?
"AHH! the moon has fallen!" "Hey big golf ball" or "Look its a spherical object completly suspended above Earth, somewhat defeating gravity." A little too brainy on that last one. Anyway the world of tomorrow and WS I would change like this;

Spaceship Earth would stay the same except the vehicles would be shaped like lightning bolts to represent speed or something.

Living Seas would have where you could ride in a small sub out to the animals. And the diving suit would actually take you into the water where you could interact with tropical "nice" fish. Only for adults on that one though.

The land would be the same but faster and more boats. Food Rocks would be demolished! Circle of Life would be extended longer.

UoE would have the Monsters Inc. gang instead of Ellen. Body wars would become a roller coaster and people would wear Virtual Reality masks where it looks like you are doing those things and actually feel like it too.

The name World of Motion would come back and Test Track would stay there, BUT two more attractions would be added. A small ride would have AA and teach us about motion. And the last one would have the newest underwater technology and would be in the dark. Test Track would go ten miles faster.

Mission Space sounds great so I won't do anything to that.

Imagination would have Figment forever. Honey I shrunk the Audience would stay the same

Transportation all around Epcot would have walkways like that on the Jetsons. But would also have seats.

The Air would be added to Epcot where you would learn about the history of flight on hovercrafts and then if you choose to you can go on a Air Ballon ride.

World Showcase would have these lands added to them.

Greece- Show at the forum about ancient Greece staring Hercules!
Eygpt- Go Giza Pyramids and the Sphinx for a ride down the nile.
Russia- Go inside Basil's Cathedral to see a show of Russia.
Israel- Go inside the temple to see a show on The Holy land.
South Africa- Watch a show in a south african building.
Australia- Ayers Rock, Great Barrier Reef, and the Opera House replicas go inside the opera house to see a show.
Brazil- See the statue of Jesus and the Amazon Jungle. Go inside the statue to see a movie.
Spain- See the running of the bulls in America? Yes. As well as the tomato festival. Go inside the royal palace to see a movie.
India- Taj Mahal for a movie.

Italy I would add the Colisseum and Florence riverways.
China needs the Great wall
Add the Niagra falls in Canada
England needs Big Ben, Stonehenge, Buckingham Palace, London Tower. Go inside Buckingham Palace to see a movie.
France would get the Louvre, Notre Dame Cathedral, Arc De Triomphe, and the royal palace. The Eiffel Tower would get big enough so you could go up two stories in an elevator.

That is my ideas for Epcot.

MGM Disney Studios-
The studios has the glitz and the glamour and still I don't feel like I am really in the movies. So here are my ideas;

The Star wars building would be demolished and half of the Death star would stick up of the ground. It would be a dark roller coaster ride with Star Wars noises everywhere like R2D2 and C-3PO and lasers and the Death Star blowing up.

Honey I shrunk the kids movie set you be demolished and the Wizard of Oz movie set would be put in its place. All the plays would stay the same.

Indiana Jones would stay the same. TOT and RRC would stay the same.

The Great Movie Ride would add more famous movies to it.

Backlot tours would be the same.

Those are my ideas for MGM Disney Studios.

Animal Kingdom-
The newest to the group of WDW. Animal Kingdom has done good for itself but everyone notices that something is DEFINITLY MISSING! So here are my ideas.

Okay we know that Animal Kingdom has the most land. And is the place for expanding! So here we go.

In Dinosaurland U.S.A. I would take out the Triceratops ride. Transportation would be riding on dinosaurs. The rest would stay the same. Underwater dinosaurs would make there debut in Deinosuchus's Great Swim! You would ride inside a Deinosuchus "Giant Crocodile" through Prehistoric oceans. And Pterandons and Pteradactyls would make there entrance with When I see a Dinosaur fly. Ride Pteradactyls and Pteranodons with Virtual Reality over a prehistoric jungle and savannah and ocean and desert.

Camp Minnie Mickey would stay the same except Bambi would be added along with 101 Dalmations and Aristocats.

Africa would get more Lion King.for this Area and keep the rest the way it is.

Asia would get Jungle Book in it. Kali would be extended. The rest stays the same. Yetis are added as well as dragons.

Waters of the World would be added with new sea life animals. And new water rides.

Transportation would be camels and Elephants. Yeah!

Okay, here are my thoughts:

MK: don't put the lion king show back in, because Phillarmagic is replacing it and it's supposed to be really neat. Besides, they already have a Lion King show in Animal Kingdom. DON'T TOUCH ALIEN ENCOUTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Alien Encouter is my most favorite ride ever at all of the Disney parks. It would be really stupid if Stitch was teleported instead, because Stitch is too warm and fuzzy.

Epcot: Like your ideas for the living seas, except for the diving thing. Leave Universe of Energy, and Body Wars the way they are. For Body Wars, the idea for a roller coaster and virtual reaity visors is stupid. What's the point? It's the same thing. Plus, the technology is too advaced. Test Track is fine the way it is. Especaily the name. Epcot can't have Jetson-like walkways around. The rest of it is fine.

Disney studios: I think everything there is fine the was it is. On Star Tours, the roller coaster thing has to be the dumbest thing I've ever heard. What's the point of going on a dark rollercoaster, hearing Star Wars sounds, and watching the Death Star blow up??? What's the story? Sounds like somthing Six Flags would do. Use you Imagineer nogin!

AK: Every thing there is fine the way it is.

First off, where would they find the land to do all of this, especialy in Fantasy Land.It's sooo small and already packed.And, don't touch Alien Encounter, especially for a stupid Stich thing.Infact, the Stich thing might be the truth.:brick: If so, I hope it becomes a B-Ticket.Alien Encounter is just too amazing of a ride to change for another CRAPPY family ride.We lack good family rides now, since they're all Dumbos.
As for the rest of it, some I find okay.However, I don't think they would be willing to spend the money for all of this, do they have the land in each park, and some things I just don't like.I wish we could get MK into its former beauty, but Disney has control.

Well thanks for stating your opinion but you did not have to state it so aggresive and rude. I was just saying how I think some of the things could be. And why couldn't you have a Jetson's walkway all the way around Epcot. Of course it wouldn't be in the air it would be on the ground you know like the ones you find at airports. I agree about the Dumbos if you will reread my article.

As for the Lion King in MK I meant add it. And still build Phillarmagic i am thrilled about that ride. But I love the Lion King. Above all Disney needs to buy more land for Fantasyland badly.

I changed Body Wars to make it feel like you actually are doing something instead of fake things. Star Tours would have Virtual Reality Goggles too.

Anyway leave me alone and get off my back i was just listing ideas its not like anything I say will actually happen anyway. Except they might do the Stitch thing. But on AE you are right I should leave that the way it is. But I would build Stitch a ride there.

Those are interesting ideas, some of mine can be found scatred throught different threads here on the Imagineering Boards, I think I have posted my ideas for rehabs of all 4 parks aswell.

There are a few problems though:

As already stated the amount of land avaiable for the majority of your expansions are not really present, at AK it certaintly is and there is quite a bit of room at WS but not as much as you need...

Second while I like your ideas for transportation in each section, it would seem to me the by using the area to add some of these attractions you would decrease the amount of foot transportation in the area, I would say to stick full park transportation only, like as you said having the train at MK stop at every land, do that same thing at all the parks, I am unclear if you proposed this exactly.

Third having fastpass on all the rides at MK seems exsesive, some rides never have really that long of lines to warrent it, esspecially in the off season.

Other than those three things I think you have some really neat ideas

Because nobody would ever be able to get anywhere in the parks...have you ever actually gotten on one of the moving "walk"ways at the airport?...all these morons hop on and put their luggage all over the things and stare blissfully into space while they ride the thing, blocking those of us trying to use it for its intended purpose. These walkways were installed to help you WALK faster, not ride around at exceedingly low speeds.

I can just see it now, giant groups of people blocking all the walkways at Epcot, riding around blissfully unaware that the people behind them trying to walk are about ready to bonk them on the head and run them over. :hammer:

Hmm.... I guess you are right orange fan. I now how dumb guests can be. But remember I said there would be seats on it too so you would have to stay put. But write back to me on this I want to hear what you think. Anyway thank you for apoligizing Egged and Imagineer boy you might not have been getting on my back but thats what it seemed like. Anyway I did change my mind about Alien Encounter. I don't know what I was thinking. So for that I apoligize. Once again thank you for apoligizing.

Would there be set stops or something? I mean, if people are seated, do they just get up and hop off anytime, or do they have to stay seated until you reach a stop?

Also, would you still keep walkways? There's traffic jams as it is...seems like there isn't enough walkway space to keep walkways and have these moving "walkways" on the ground.

I like the idea of moving walkways in general, but I see all sorts of logistical nightmares in using them (this is a general statement, not just applicable to the Epcot proposal you have here)

Hmm. Maybe we could put them in the air and have stopping points but it was made where they ouldn't have to stop. But okay I guess we could put them in the air with guard rails of course and people could walk underneath or we could leave them on the ground the way they would be originally and walk off whenever.
