MK Before Brunch plan

Good Morning, going to WDW for the first time as a family (although I have been 10 times myself over the years). Does this plan make sense? Is it "doable" for a morning in September with low crowd levels?
1. Ride Peter Pan at Rope Drop.
2. Big Thunder Railroad
3. Haunted Mansion
4. Pirates of the Caribbean
5. Jungle Cruise
6. Brunch at 1900 Park Fare

Any suggestions? FP+ thoughts?

Thanks!

Your plan can work if you are there at rope drop and brunch is no earlier than 11:15 am. Even under ideal circumstances and low crowds, seeing these five popular attractions in less than 2 hours is ambitious.
The most efficient touring plan would be this:
1. Be near the castle by 8:55 am so that when the park opens you can quickly walk to Peter Pan.
2. Haunted Mansion
3. Big Thunder Mountain
4. Pirates
5. Jungle Cruise (You may want to FP this for a time slot of 10-11)

Take the resort boat to the Grand Floridian. It will be faster than the monorail as GF is the first stop.

I guess it CAN work, but why would you want to? You mentioned this is your first trip with your family and this is going to be a frantic / hectic "first day ever at WDW." Hardly what I'd call magical.

To add, I ran this through Touring Plans and it'll work. But don't zig and zag back and forth so much. Hit the attractions in counter-clockwise order. Peter, Mansion, Thunder, Pirates, Jungle Cruise.

I don't want it to be hectic, but I want to maximize rides. Here is some backstory--We are a blended family. Our oldest has been to WDW many times with me and experienced a lot of great touring during low crowd times, but my bonus daughter and son have only been once and that was during a crowded, Spring Break visit without me. I really want to ensure that we hit a lot that I think they missed back in March. I have not been since the old Fastpass system was in place (2011)--which was very flexible, so I never waited in line for anything more than a few minutes. I am not familiar with the new system and don't want to spend loads of time in line. We are doing MNSSHP later in the week, but I want them to have a great experience from day one.

Fair enough. FWIW, my experience with Fastpass+ is that you spend slightly longer in line but you make up for it because you no longer have to crisscross the parks to retrieve and redeem your paper Fastpass tickets. A morning used to be 1) go get a paper Fastpass, 2) go ride something else on the other side of the park, 3) go ride the thing you got the Fastpass for in the first place, 4) repeat. You don't have to mess with any of that any more.

You should have time to do what you're planning without any FPs. I'd suggest saving them for whatever you plan for that afternoon.

Very doable with multiple trips on BTMRR. You can do it in order by location or you can go to get the best rides a few times. We are big BTMRR riders. With the ADR at 11:45, that is more lunch than brunch. This gives you time to do a ton of things and hit those rides as well.

If it only those, I would go like this...PP, HM, BTMRR 2-3x, Splash (if you want, you will have time), PotC, then JC. This may get you done around 11AM. The reason for the long time is HM, JC, PotC, and Splash (I threw it in) are what I call SLOW rides. They are time killers. I try to do those after commando style the fast rides like PP, 7DMT, Barnstormer, Space Mtnc, etc. You will even have plenty of time to take the monorail, unless it breaks down.
