Crowds were big but lines were managable. FastPass return times all day were less than an hour, excluding Splash Mountain's two hour return time.

Epcot morning (9am actually)

Test Track-10 minutes
Mission: SPACE-5 minutes
Spaceship Earth-0 minutes


Magic Kingdom all day

Tomorrowland
Space Mountain-55 minutes
Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin-40 minutes
Astro Orbiter-45 minutes
Tomorrowland Indy Speedway-30 minutes

Fantasyland
Mickey's Philarmagic-35 minutes
The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh-60 minutes
Peter Pan's Flight-75 minutes

Liberty Sqaure/Frontierland
The Haunted Mansion-30 minutes advertised, 15 minutes waiting
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad-30 minutes
Splash Mountain-50 minutes

Adventureland
The Magic Carpets of Aladdin-20 minutes
Jungle Cruise-30 minutes
Pirates of the Caribbean-20 minutes (that is just an estimate, the wait time was not posted on the sign)

Not to be mean, but a 5-10 minute wait is what I would expect at Epcot opening.
