After our morning of misadventures and running around various resorts, (Long story) we knew we would either have to cancel our excursion or never make it via WDW transportation. While we were trying to figure out our issues (and away from Beach Club resort), MJ set up taxi transportation and called ahead to our excursion to try and get us there on time. In the end we had to cancel but again MJ stepped up and took care of everything for us without penalty or issues.
