According to NASA-TV's website, it appears they are running the Mission:Space ceremony in a program called "Video File". On Monday, it runs 9am,12pm,3pm,6pm,9pm (in other words, every three hours)

Unfortunately, on the weekends they don't break up their programming. All day they run one continuous program called "Earth Views". However, the M:S ceremony IS being shown. You just gotta have your VCR (or in my case, Tivo) record it for a few hours hoping you'll catch it. I lucked out an caught it within an hour or so!
