Mission Space Testing

They have been testing the ride for quite a long time already (off site).
They had early prototypes. Although with a ride system being built as a "one-off" like Mission Space is, I would suspect the prototype would evolve into the final version. There wouldnt be money to have several replicas of the system.
The complexity with Space is going to be the programming of the ride system and developing the show. I think the biggest challenge is going to be making it thrilling, without pushing the envelope too far and making people ill!

I just saw mission space a few days ago!!! I can't wait till it opens!!! This is gonna be sooo cool! I saw it and like almost peed my pants i was so excited and my friend just shook his head. I'm a disney nutter, what can i say?b :lol:

But what is it about, anyway? Like Horizons but not family-oriented, or more like the old Mission to Mars and Flight to the Moon? 
They could have some great effects and make a really thrilling ride, but this isn't really disney. They have to be careful not to make it too exciting as this would exclude too many people. They have several rides that could be so more thrilling but they have to cater to such a wide range of people, young and old.
