During the NASA-TV Video File today (4/7/04 approx 10:20 edt), several short pieces ran with interview excerpts and video from on-site at M:S in conjunction with NASA Administrator Sean O'Keefe visiting as well as Sofi Collis who named the Spirit and Opportunity rovers currently working on the 4th planet.

This was tied into the current Mars mission's reaching their 90-day goal of operation.

The feed today included b-roll footage of inside the pre- and post-show as well as in-show with a pretty intense shot...it was a black and white, quad-split screen of four different female passangers during take-off...the reaction I saw on that makes me want to walk out to my Yukon RIGHT NOW and make the 15-hour drive. TOTAL SCREAMERS!!!

Anyway, the NASA-TV feed had numerous different segments including interviews at M:S...running a total of about 10 minutes. If I get more info on the exact content of the feed and also future run times, I will pass it along.

NASA-TV is available to DirecTV customers with multi-sat systems...DishNet500, and on a lot of cable systems...as well as on the net via nasa.gov
