First off im new here so please dont bite my head off i dont post much but do read posts on this site atleast 3 times a day. I am a member to the disney vacation club and go to disney atleast 2 times a year. I always get the birnbaum's guide to walt disney world and find it to be almost always right with the infomation inside. well anyways i got the 2003 copy lastnight and went right to Epcot to see what they wrote about Misson Space. well here it is:................
Mission: Space
Think you have "the right stuff" This is you chance to find out! A dramatic, new attraction is blasting its way into future world. Its mission? To give you a chance to experience the intensity of space travel without actually leaving the planet.
Set to open sometime in LATE 2003, mission space aspieres to provide a galaxy of thrills. It starts with a whitenuckle blast off of a space craft (which has snug seating for four) on a secrect misson. the sustained g force during the launch is intended to be most realistic. Once enroute expect to experience a strange sensation. Its not quite weightlessness but ACCORDING to ASTRONAUTS who felt the real thing its pretty dran close.
well it goes on with just the height stuff of not beable to ride yada yada yada
well i think this is good and bad im going to miss it when i go next month but it tell me that there has been people rideing on it according to the astronauts...... well tell me what you think and please again dont get all over me about this i have just been reading alot of post about it and this is the only "facts" well atleast in print that i can find
