Missed an AP payment, what happens now?

Hey there!

I didn't have enough in my account to pay the monthly payment on my AP, what happens now? Does it still work? Am I gonna get charged double next month?

Today's my payment date. I tried visiting the TTC/Guest Relations one day asking if it was possible to change my payment date, but they told me they have no power concerning that.

If there is a phone number on the back of your pass or on a receipt from your payment each month, I would call that number. If nothing else call the main number and explain your situation. They would have much better information than anyone on this forum for things like that.

From what I understand, yes they will shut off the pass, but guest services can take a payment to reactivate the pass, so you can still enter that day. They might give you a number to call to change the payment card though.

You can charge to a credit card, if you want. My Visa card is tied to my credit union account, so I'm diligent about transferring the amount of the payment to the card. At least on a Visa card, it will process the payment whenever it comes due. It just becomes a matter of covering the payment to your credit card for your pass and whatever else you have on the card at your timing. There have been times when my pass payment comes up first and I have not yet received my next paycheck but the payment is charged against my Visa. After the paycheck is deposited, I just transfer the amount of the pass payment from the checking account to the Visa account.

It'll be blocked for use until the payments are up to date. Call passholder hotline (888) 701-4100 and make the payment and the pass will be available for use again

So, I found out what happens...they just wait until you have enough money in your account to charge you! No late fees! Very thoughtful.

Interesting, I forgot to change my CC on file once when I had to replace it and I got an email saying my pass privledges were suspended till the missed payment were brought up to date lol honest mistake but they usually don't waste time with them
