TDR is in an interesting spot.
Its attendance requires significant expansion (and not just replacement), but to TalktoEthan's point, not to the point where a secondary resort is necessary, and particularly not a good long-term investment. Additionally, it's limited land - and only so many ways to convert the existing land it does have - means that there is a ceiling to the resort's growth. It's just a matter of when.
