One thing I've noticed recently in more than one area of WDW is the use of mirrors, and how they don't really give the effect as well as IMO they should.
For example, the stairways in the new HM update and part of the 60's computer scene in the updated SSE. It looks like they're using a very thin material that's reflective but it isn't flat like a regular mirror, so the effect is a bit lost.
Does anyone know what I mean? The sheets of material they're using aren't sitting completely flat, they have creases and varying levels of unevenness in places.
I don't see what the advantage is of using this material over regular mirrors unless it's maintenace?
