mIRC won't let me download any videos off of #disney-central. Does anyone know how to download them?

This was my solution to not being able to download files...
Get on IRC and go to options.
Dig around for DCC->Folders
Check to see if "DCC Ignore" is on Disabled.
If it isn't change it to disabled and you should be off and running.
