mIRC and Disney Central Help

They have mostly switched over from the IRC network to Bit-Torrents (more complicated, but not my choice). Go to www.wdwresorttv.com for more info. If you want to get on the mIRC channel you need to connect to the ircHighway network and then choose #Disney-Central.
It works like dos, so you do !list to show avaible triggers, i know !Dolby is one trigger, you accept their access request and then you do a dir to show available directories and use the get and cd commands to access folders and get files.
You also need to make sure your DCC options allow you to recieve files being sent to you.
My advice: learn the Bit-Torrent system, almost all the new stuff is being done as torrents to save bandwidth.

Is there a torrent how to? What is a torrent? I joined but I can't get any vids off the torrent site. It makes no sense to me.
