Miracosta Booking Help

Hello! This will be my third time trying to book a trip to Tokyo Disney (had to cancel trips in 2016 and 2020). For those prior trips, I was able to secure three nights at the hotel Miracosta by booking each night separately on the day they became available (aka booking three nights in a row). I was booking the "Porto Paradiso Side Superior Room Partial View" (which is the cheapest). As I am now preparing to book again, I am confused by the changes. I realize the window is now only three months, but when I go to do a practice run exactly at 11 A.M., I am noticing NO rooms for Porto Paradiso. It seems that they now allow you to book up to 5 nights in one go, so my question is how would those rooms ever be available if someone can book them 5 days before the first day you need them. Hoping my question makes sense and that someone more knowledgeable of all the changes can give me an idea of how to be successful. I have many months to figure it out, but any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
