Minnie Van Service Without Smartphone?

If I wanted to use Minnie Van service from one resort to another, but didn't have a smartphone, would the front desk staff be able to arrange it?

I do not believe so as the functionality is supported through the Lyft App. You must have a Lyft account which allows the rider to pay via credit card. The app is also how the ride distance and total charge is calculated so I don't know how it would be done without it.
