I’m looking for the cost of a Minnie van from the Beach Club resort to Magic Kingdom? What is the Average tip percent? And is it easy to get a Minnie van back to the resort at the end of the day?

I've used the Minnie Van from BC to MK and back again on more than one occasion. The price varies depending on demand. That trip (one way) has ranged from $26-$43 for me since they stopped the flat rate pricing.
I've been tipping the Minnie Van drivers 25%.
I've used the service quite a bit since it was introduced. We've always had quick pick up leaving a resort except for a few times when we had 8 people and needed two Minnie Vans. Getting back to the resort from a park or Disney Springs takes longer regardless of time of day.

FYI, using a standard Lyft vs Minnie Van is less expensive, we used a Minnie Van only twice on our last trip, but a Lyft a few more times than that due to cost and availability.
