Minerva Limpwhistle . . where is she now?

Does anyone have information regarding the whereabouts of Ms. Minerva Limpwhistle from the Citizens of Hollywood. Last rumor I heard is that she is at EPCOT in the World Showcase. Would really like to see her on our next trip.
