I would agree with you, but I have this following quoteand now for this quote...I spent the majority of my life living on an Island that has at least 1 hurricane pass through annually, if not more... yet people still live there and manage to thrive there. Now, I am not a meteorologist in any way (and I doubt you are either), but most people will probably not view 1 year out of 40 to be extremely frequent.
