Just wanted to write to say that I would caution anyone considering mickeytravels. We booked a vacation for April 2020 and Disney closed because of the Coronavirus. We tried to reschedule but the agent said she could not get through for two weeks so we decided to cancel. Well, they refunded our money EXCEPT travel insurance! You would think with a global pandemic they would refund it. Whether it’s a policy or not you would think they would in this situations. I asked Elyssa and she was so rude about it. I couldn’t believe how awful she was. So we lost over $250 because Disney closed which was no fault of our own.

This must be directly from Someone that knows or works with Elyssa who was extremely rude. I wish I looked at their Yelp reviews before booking with them.
