I did this last year and absolutely loved it. They even have Cinderella's glass carriage out ot take pictures with. Tons of characters. And it's sooo pretty at night. I wish I was going to the parks next winter so I could go lol.

We are going over thanksgiving week this year. My husband has to be back at work on the following MOnday (the 2nd), but I am considering staying an extra couple of nights just so I can take the kids to Mickey's Very Merry Christams PArty. The ywill be almost 6 and almost 4. Those of you who have been--is this worht doing with kids that age?

Mickey's Xmas Party

I went to the party on my first trip to WDW in 1995. It is one of the best memories that i have of Disney - the party is fantastic... nearly all of the characters are in the parade, the fireworks are great and the decorations are just phenomenal. I loved this party and i wish i could go back for Xmas again??!

*only 65 days to go*

There is plenty for kids that age. Just make sure they take a nap in the afternoon. Since the party goes on until late at night, they will be exhausted by the end. If you are staying by yourself with the kids, you may want to keep a stroller handy for the trip back to the hotel.
