Yes... I believe Disney needs a place for families with the much younger, smaller children to enjoy the less thrill type rides. There are very few attractions designed for the young kids scared of heights, drops, dark scary images. Toontown didnt entirely fit that and neither does Storybook Circus, but it is a quieter place set aside for families with the younger aged kids to enjoy...."unfortunately?"![]()

Originally Toon Town was going to be at the Studios between the Animation Courtyard and Rock 'n' Roller coaster and themed to Roger Rabbit. It didn't happen there and it ended up as Mickey's Toon Town in MK instead, but the space is still more or less open at DHS

They would have officially run out of ideas if they decided to bring back what was suppose to be a temporary place holder in the park. That would be one of the worst ideas and waste of money ever if they brought that back. Mickey's house? Sure, build something small somewhere for a meet and greet, but the entire "land"? No thank you!
The execution of the land at MK wasn't nearly as nice as what is at DLR. A well done Toontown would be a welcome addition -- but it should be in DHS, which could really use it. And ironically the original plans for a Roger Rabbit based on Toontown were developed for DHS.
