Memorial Week, my family was at Disney World for the week. During that week, I had gone into Mickey's Pantry at Downtown Disney to search for the one and only Really Swell Coffee cup that I had left in order to complete my collection. I was excited to see them ONLY in the display case at Mickey's Pantry. To my disappointment, the staff informed me that they would have to get the manager to call a member of the company who maintained the display window and that they did not have a key. THANKS TO KEN, Manager of Mickey's Pantry, along with Michael (who had the key), both of whom gladly opened up the display case for me. This allowed me to complete my collection. Now, on to the next collection, huh? What was impressive was the fact that even though it took a few hours for them to locate the key, they called me on my phone and Ken and Michael came immediately into the store to speak to me and make sure that I had exactly what I had wished for. That is what I call customer service. Good job, guys (and the girls at the pantry too!!).
