Mickeys not so scary Halloween party

I have booked tickets for mIckeys not so scary Halloween party in a fortnights time. It might be a good opportunity to ride the seven dwarves roller coaster !
The Halloween party has exclusive merchandise.My question is this merchandise available any time or only during the Mickeys not so scary Halloween parties.
I'd like to buy the Halloween tshirt (and Halloween ice cream and cookie sandwiches!) ; if the queues are big I'd buy them another day but if they're only available at the Halloween evenings I'd be disappointed if I didn't buy them!

Last year for me at least, the line for SDMT was around 60mins at the start of the night and 30 by 11pm.
Merchandise is limited to the party. Some treats (i think all) are available all day.
Most rides are walk ons. waited at most 10mins.

I'm flying from Gatwick airport to Orlando International airport on Friday 16 ,it's my first WDW vacation in 3 and a half years and I am really excited !!!
As far as SDMT goes ,I am hoping to ride it first thing in the morning during the magic kingdom EMH

as already stated unfortunately seven dwarfs will have a long line all night still. (better than regular hours however) rest of place is ghost town....see what i did there? most people want to do the meet and greets and the parades. if you hang in there till later when all the grumpy day kids are long gone lines will be better. but have fun.

There are also opportunities for photopass that are exclusive to the party.. Different places.. And special magic shots that you can't get other times.

If it's not too late, try to get a FP for 7DMT between 4 and 7pm. Party goers are allowed to enter at 4pm and, yes, can make fast passes for the three hours between 4 and 7pm.

Be sure to get a times guide or look ahead online for show times. There is a party exclusive stage show, an exclusive parade show that runs twice, and a Halloween themed firework show just for the night. If you get rained out, go to guest services, they'll must likely allow you to come on another party night if any of the shows are cancelled.

Don't miss the very beginning of the parade - its one of the best parts!
