Having never been to Disney before I am looking to book tickets for Mickeys halloween event, can anyone give me some advice or tips? Should I book the actual Halloween night or will it be way too busy? or are all the nights busy anyway. How does it work, do they only let you in at 7pm? where abouts is the event in the magic kingdom?, will there be transportation to get me back to international drive???? I have so many questions :veryconfu

1. Halloween night will be very busy and almost always sells out. For reduced crowd size it is bet to go on a weekday at least a week before Halloween.
2. You can get into the park as early as 4:00 PM with a MNSSHP ticket.
3.The event encompasses the entire Magic Kingdom.
4. Disney does not provide transportation anywhere but its own resorts. You will need to arrange transportation through a company like Mears or take a cab. Renting a car is also an option.

A few tips.

1. Get there early and get rides out of the way before the party officially kicks off at 7 PM. There are so many special things going on such as a specially themed parade, fireworks, trick or treating, shows etc. that you will want to partake in that rides become almost secondary.
2. Wear a costume. Just my personal opinion but wearing a costume is half the fun.
3. Stake out places for the parade and fireworks early. It is a safe assumption that 99% of the people in the parks are there for the fireworks and parade so choice spots go quickly.

We booked last year on November 1? maybe it was the 2nd... can't actually remember the date, but it was the last one. It was not too busy. Definatly see the fireworks. It is the BEST SHOW EVER! Have fun. We are going on the 26th of October.

I love the mnsshp.I would recommend it to anyone.I went last septmeber i cant remember the exact date but it was raining all night but still didnt spoil it, you get to have loads of candy and the fireworks and boo to you parade are brilliant.we didnt dress up but kinda felt outa place coz most poeple had made an effort.
Nt sure if anyone knows but me and my partner have been told that disney are trying to discourage grown ups from dressing up due to them being mistaken for cast member, anyone know if this is true?
