Mickeys Halloweeen Party Question

We are considering attending the Halloween party in September. Do we have to have park admission tickets in addition to the party tickets?

No. You can enter the park as early as 4:00 PM with a MNSSHP ticket.

Yes, you can enter as early as 4pm, done so myself on both MSNSSHP I've attended.

The party officially starts at 7:00 PM and that is when cast members start checking for wristbands at attractions and start setting up check points around the hub. However, you can get into the park as early as 4:00 PM with a MNSSHP ticket.
