Mickey Mouse balloons at DisneyLand?

The balloons shaped like Mickeys head(that come in all sorts of colors),how are they made? Also I've seen some inside clear balloons, how do they do that? And (one more) can you buy them outside of the parks or have them ordered?

A balloon inside of a balloon is done with vacuum. The outside balloon is put into a device which removes the air from around the outside of the balloon, inflating it but holding it still and firm. Then the inside balloon is inserted into the enlarged outside balloon, inflated then tied off. The outside balloon is then inflated as the the vacuum is released which then allows it to regain its original shape, then tied off. Voila - a balloon inside a balloon !!

As far as buying them outside the parks, I don't know, I've seen the machines at other places but not with Mickey balloons.

As far as ordering them, I think they would be pretty hard to ship, and if they did they would probably either be popped or deflated because of time.
