Mickey and MINI Meet at WDW!

Just so you know, just because you don't own a MINI dosn't mean you can't some anyone is wlecome. This is post I am putting here because it has to do with MINI Cooeprs and Disney. I organized this MINI Cooper Convention so, spread the world to anyone interested. Also, I'l be at Disney Jan. 17th, Jan. 28th, and Jan, 29th,. If anyone can tell me they need something and have paypal... I can always do a favor or two..

OK, it has taken a while to get the ball rolling, but we now have a set plan.

We will decend on Walt Disney World on November 4th.

4th: We will use this day to get checked in, and meet up in our own Disney parking lot for our group-up. I figured we could check in early, get our stuff unpacked and then head over to the parking lot. I have spoken with Euro Style East, as well as Cooper Flags, and MINI Mania, and they are all (as well as others) interested in meeting there to display products or sponsoring the event. We can spend the rest of the day meeting each other and go to dinner together and drive a strech of Orlando road together. We are working on T-shirts, as well as a DVD of the whole event.

5th: This will be our Epcot day. Now, I have spoken to the Disney Conventions people and they said we can get a group rate for tickets if we have over ten. I asked if we could have park hopper tickets so we can go to other parks each day. This way if you wanted to go to MGM, Magickingdom, or Animal Kingdom, you would be able to.

6th: This would be our Magickingdom day. It seems as if we could do a brunch on our own and then meet back at the hotel for a farwell party. If you wanted to stay at the park of course that would be fine.

Now I figured we would come in early friday, stay friday night, stay saturday night, and leave late sunday. Now, the price I was able to get was $59.00 a night (not including tax %.7) for the "All star resort." They say they do have king queen beds avalible in some rooms, so you may want to ask when you book. Now, to get the booking I must get ten people to book rooms with me. By this I mean send the money to me, whether on Paypal (mickeyminiwdw@gmail.com), or by check or money order. If I can get 10 people, then we can book them, and others will be able to call in and book with the "Mickey & MINI meet." I also have planned on broadcasting the whole event live over the net for other NAM members and others to view if they wished.

The sponors I mentioned above said that they would like to help pay for some, so we may be able to get the parking lot area payed for by sponorship. Now, I need to know hoe many people would be interested in coming for this event that we hope to become an annual thing. I have the support of Sndwave, and MINIclo. they are both helping me with this and I look forward to makeing this event a wonderful one. If you have any comments please feel free to post them. I am working with Disney to get a logo that is acceptible by both MINI and Disney (MINI said to please use their logo, it's really just disney Im working on

) And when this has been worked out, I will release printable posters we can use at dealerships, other events (dragon) and MINI car stores. I hope to hear from many of you and look forward to making this event awsome!
