MICHAEL EISNER ACQUIRES TEAM BABY ENTERTAINMENT
Company Dedicated To Creating Sports-Themed DVD Series
For Infant & Toddlers Sets Major Expansion Plan

(HOUSTON) June 26, 2006 – Team Baby Entertainment (www.teambabyentertainment.com), the hit children’s sports production company, announced today that Michael Eisner’s The Tornante Company will acquire the company from its founder, Greg Scheinman, who will continue on as CEO. Mr. Eisner will partner with Mr. Scheinman to maximize the national presence and entertainment appeal of the Team Baby brand.

Tapping into the fanaticism of passionate alumni from top colleges and universities, Team Baby Entertainment’s initial college sports-themed infant and toddler DVD titles have become an instant hit in the marketplace since launching last Fall. The series currently features twenty titles, such as Baby Irish (Notre Dame), Baby Longhorn (University of Texas) and Baby Wolverine (University of Michigan). Each 30-plus minute title provides a fun-filled, colorful, and stimulating visual introduction to the specific school and its sports pageantry. Officially licensed footage of the featured school’s sports teams are interspersed with clips of campus attractions, traditions, stadiums and mascots, along with imagery of adorable “team babies” playing with a variety of school-specific products. Each DVD encourages family activity and interaction through exposure to basic skills such as counting and spelling by using school-specific words, numbers, and images. The DVDs also feature a soundtrack that spotlights the school’s marching band in a performance of the fight song along with originally composed Team Baby music.

The company’s tagline is “Raising Tomorrow’s Fan Today!” TM. Additional deals and programming announcements are expected to be announced in the coming weeks. The Team Baby series of DVDs have garnered extensive media attention with coverage in such prominent national outlets as: Live With Regis & Kelly, ESPN, Time Magazine, USA Today, Los Angeles Times, Parenting Magazine, and The Sporting News, as well as widespread local market coverage.

The committee includes experts in the fields of pediatrics, education, and nutrition – Dr. Susan Landry of the Texas State Center for Early Childhood Development; Dr. Michael Spagna of the Michael D. Eisner College of Education at California State University, Northridge; Dr. Barry Zietz of Texas Children’s Hospital; Dr. Catherine Krupnick of the Harvard Graduate School of Education; and Dr. Patti Savrick of Bootin & Savrick Pediatric Associates.

The acquisition of Team Baby Entertainment was negotiated by Andy Redman of The Tornante Company.
