Merlin's Magical Adventure

Ever since I came up with idea a while back it has played in the back of my mind so I decided to flesh it out a bit. I will use the existing splash mountain as the frame work for the ride. Even before you get on the ride you will travel through a castle style que as you roam about through the castle till you reach merlin's quarters. There you will over hear Merlin talking with Arthur about understanding nature through perspective. In a flash merlin will transform Arthur into a bird and invite us to tag along. From there will will continue the que to the ride itself with Archimedes and Merlin giving instructions to the guests. Once onboard the craft you will be magically thrust forward through the castle's sewage grate into the river. As you move along you will observe as merlin and archimedes teaching arthur about watching the squirrels, deer, and rabbits as you move along from one scene to the next. Merlin will then change arthur into a rabbit as we travel into the darker parts of the forest. That is where we encounter Mad Madam Mim. She challenges merlin to a duel with her getting the rabbit if she wins. As we travel up the hill we see merlin and mim battle with spells while our craft is seemingly enchanted by a spell taking us to the drop. As we get to the top we will see Mim appearing to have the advantage over merlin until we splash over the falls into the water below. As we get back inside we see that merlin has defeated Mim by making her sick once again. Merlin then turns Arthur back into a boy as he heads off back to the castle. Merlin then thanks us for tagging along as we head back to the castle where we started. As you head out you can get your picture taken with Merlin and Archimedes as well as try your luck with the sword in the stone.

This would be a lot of fun! I would love to see Disney branch out and have Splash Mountain style rides with new themes and in different lands. It's such a good ride system and yet they use it so rarely.
