Riverside Magnolia Bend Quiet Pool - September 15-24
Riverside Ol' Man Island Spa - September 6-23
Over at Pleasure Island, the walkway between the new Raglan Road location (still a work in progress) and Fulton Crab House and Portobello Yacht Club restuarants connecting PI to the Marketplace is closed due to the construction. It will remain closed for the summer.
Until July 31st, PI will open its shops and restaurants early at 3pm for the peak crowds.
A reminder that Food and Wine events begin booking this Monday at 7am EST, by calling 407-WDW-FEST (407-939-3378).
Several events are already garnering big interest, including the events at the "Odyssey Culinary Center" such as the Lunch and Learn events on October 14th (Ming Tsai, of Simply Ming, Cooking Under Fire, and East Meets West) and October 28 (Cat Cora - female Iron Chef). Look over the schedule at disneyworld.com/foodwine and be sure to call early if you want to get in.
New Entertainment offerings at Epcot.
At the Future World West stage a band called Cyber Groove who offers "musical styling from earth, space, and beyond" on Sun, Mon, Fri, and Sat.
They've also put an accordian player in Alfredo's from 5:30 to 8:30 except Tue/Thu.
At Germany, a band plays in the courtyard most days except Tue/Wed.
West African music trio Wassalou preforms at the Outpost on Sat/Sun.
Over at Animal Kingdom, Luckey's last day is July 28th, his final showing scheduled for 3:45.
MGM Studios will begin installing sets from the Chronicles of Narnia at soundstage 4 September through December.
