Menu Items at Counter Service Eateries?

OKay, this is kind of an obscure question but, my daughter has Celiac Disease and sometimes eating in the parks can be a little tricky - not so much the main restaurants because there's usually a chef on hand to ask questions. My concern is the walk up places.... like if she wants an ice cream cup or something.

Does anyone happen to remember some of the items they saw at these places? Maybe brand names they carried? Any little bit of information would be helpful to us. Thank you

I'm a little confused about your question but as for name brands Universal sells Dippin Dots all across the resort. Also at most restaurants there should be chefs or head cooks that you could talk to about ingredients, just ask a server or cashier and they should be able to help you with that. Hope you guys have fun!
