Members of a party coming from different states

I'm planning a trip for late 2013 for four people, two are coming from one state and two from another and obviously we want to book it on one reservation. My question is, for the airport transportation to the hotel, is there a way to put the two different arrival times/airlines?

Absolutely! No problem whatsoever. Disney's Magical Express is for each individual named on the reservation, it's not like everyone has to arrive together or travel together. You'll be able to supply them with each individual's own travel arrangements.

Awesome! Is this something that'd be easier to do by calling when all the flight info is available rather then doing it on the website? And thanks so much!

No problem. One thing to note though: They will send the DME package to the primary name on the reservation [the individual who actually books the trip]. It's up to that person to forward the luggage tags to the others.

Also, the non primary named guests will most likely need to stop at the desk to check in as they won't have the booklet. Normally having the little slip of paper from the booklet doesn't cut it, they want you to stop at the desk and get a print out they can use for luggage counts.

Thanks for all the info. Chances are we'd try to book flights that arrive within the same time frame and since two would be flying together from one state and two together from the other, that should be fairly easy. And since I'm the one with the account on DW.com I'd just mail them the tags and things as soon as I got them.

We've had three people, arriving from three different airports, on two different days. The people at DME are great about these out-of-the-ordinary schedulings. Just double-check all the flight info when you get your booklet, and give them a call if anything is incorrect.
