Meeting Jack and Sally

We are going down for the Halloween party at the beginning of October and I just saw a picture of the line to meet Jack and Sally. How long is the wait realistically? I've read some places that you need to get in line at 5:30. Does the wait get less as the night goes on?

You can meet them most days at Art of Animation Resort's lobby with a very little wait. Just got back and they were there most days in the afternoon. I assume they were training for MNSSHP.

When we were there at the beginning of October the wait wasn't long at all. My sister's family wanted to meet him and stayed a little later at the park to wait in line and I think we only beat them to the resort by 30 minutes. I didn't wait because I met them the night before during the ToT 10 miler where they told me they loved my horns I was dressed as Mike Wazoski!
