MEARS vs HAPPY LIMO

I usually use MEARS but I've heard that Happy Limo is also good. There are 8 of us, 4 adults, 2 kid, 1 toddler and 1 infant. Prices are about the same, but I've heard you save a lot of time with Happy Limo. Has anyone out there used both, which one did you prefer?

Neither, we used to use yourride. No more after an not so good experince. We are going with quciksliver this trip. I will let people know how it went after Jan 7th 2003.


(no mater who you do with I recomend a town car service with a store stop, espcailly with the young kids. It is much better then mears. One price covers everyone. Most places have vans you all will fit in, and will provide a car seat if needed. I would bring the infant one with you, since you can use it for the baby it sit in otherwise too.)

If you want to go with Happy Limo, I have not heard anything bad about them, there is also Tiffany Town Car. (mixed reports.)

Having used both, I ahve to say you will be much much much happier with Happy Limmo. The transit time for the trip is significantly less, also because you aren't stopping to fill up the bus, Happy can pick you up much closer to flight time with no problems

NO MORE MEARS!

Thank goodness we discovered the beauty of Town Car Service from the Airport to the Resort!

It's quicker, you get a grocery stop, and it's cheaper if you have more than 3 people! MEARS charges PER PERSON, while the Town Car Services charge PER CAR!

I have used WWW.YOURRIDE.NET the last few times and have been VERY pleased with the service! You will need to request a van for your group, as you will not fit in a car. YOURRIDE does not charge extra for the van! (some others do!)

The best part is, you get a private vehicle and driver that picks you up at the gate when you arrive and goes directly to your resort without dropping off people at 10 other resorts for 2 hours before you get to yours! MEARS is painfully slow and too expensive!!!

The grocery store stop is mandatory for bottled water, snacks, bread, cereal, and a styrofoam cooler.

:xmas: I'm not exactly sure if this may help you or not however my best friend and I just recently came back from Orlando. While down there from 11/13/03-11/20/03 we used Bestway Transportation USA & we had no problems whatsoever. The rates were very reasonable ($85.00 roundtrip for disney resorts). The service was quick. He was there waiting for us and was very kind and courteous with us and the whole mix up w/luggage (we ALL know how airlines can be). When it came time for us to leave he was there waiting for us about 20 minutes before we actually needed him there. I give props to Bestway transportation all the way.
