Could someone with experience in this matter advise me on the usefulness of vouchers? Contemplating purchasing some via ebay, etc. Just need the lowdown on how much to spend, etc.

They are bougth for 10 bucks a pop with a minimum purchase (and a corresponding group ticket sale) for groups going to the world. They have a value of between 12 and 15 dollars (if you're good) my roomate once got a little over $16 out of one at Magic Kingdom. They are good at any counter service restaurant in the park or at the disney hotels for a combo meal, beverage and dessert; or a entree, side dish, soft drink and dessert. Ussually the cost washes out when compared to paying cash at the counter. They are very useful if you dont want to deal with cash and are not staying at a disney resort (no room charge privledge) they are also good for teenagers that want to take off on their own, so that you can ensure they eat (somewhat )right. This is just a nutshell, try using the search feature as this topic has previously been discused at length

Does anyone else get a bit annoyed when they ask a question and someone says "try using the search feature as this topic has previously been discused at length"?

Think about it - most things have been discussed at one time or another. Wouldn't it be easier (and a smidge more polite) to just answer the question?

Hey thanks for the info. I really appreciate it. I know that I read on a post once where someone had taken full advantage of these vouchers and really got their money's worth out of it. It's one of those things, I guess, where experience really pays off in knowing how much you can get for the vouchers at a given meal.

If anyone else out there has some input on this situation, please feel free to elaborate. Just trying to soak up as much information as possible for a coming trip.

I would think using the search feature would be MUCH easier. Months of replies could be called up with a few key strokes rather than waiting for a few days to have the board put in their two cents.

But, I'm all about instant gratification.

Call me crazy.:p
