MDE App questions for Swan stay

Hey we are looking to stay at Swan, in Nov and wondering about the MDE App. How do we setup the Magic Bands etc. We are booking direct thru Marriott (gotta use up those points). So if I understand correctly we cant get tickets via Swan and have to purchase them direct from the Disney website. I know they used to offer Park purchases to room delivery but dont for now. If we tie our CC to the MDE App, and the delivery option comes back is it possible to pay with Magic Bands? Also what about charging with Magic Bands for food for the kids. They pretty much run off at some point in the day at there ages and they have a budget we allow them to spend on food etc. Will that still work if we stay at the Swan?
