MDE App - Facility ID Not Found

I reserved a number of FastPasses for an upcoming trip through Disney's web site. Everything appears fine on their web site, but when I look up these FastPasses on my phone using the My Disney Experience app, a number of them say "Facility ID Not Found" and give me a "something went wrong" message if I tap on them to view more details. It still shows the arrival time and number of guests, but not the attraction name or any other details. Does anyone know what this means? Are these FastPasses still valid even though they say "Facility ID Not Found"?

Some examples of attractions having this issue include the Indiana Jones show, Pirates of the Caribbean, Splash Mountain, and Journey Into Imagination. All other attractions appear fine.
