MDE and DDP ?

I have a quick question for any of the experienced MDE users on here.

My MDE account is all set up - it shows our arrival date, the Disney Resort, the guests in my party, and the park tickets are shown BUT it doesn't show anything connected to the Dining Plan that we have.

Question - Should MDE show my Dining Plan ? Is this normal or is it an error ?

Thanks

I will be following your post @CAPTAIN HOOK since I have the same concerns. We will be in WDW in 53 days and have purchased the DP as well. I can see everything in MDE except for the DP. Hopefully someone can chime in and show us the way.

I hate having to call long distance to WDW to sort out some simple problem>

Ours did. Maybe it depends on how you booked?

We recently had a DVC reservation, it showed nothing in MDE with regards to the DDP (even though we had it), and it functioned without issue while at the parks.

We have a regular pass holder reservation coming up soon, it shows the DDP in MDE.

In any case, I would not be concerned about what MDE does or doesn't show with this regards.

Just keep your invoice copies showing what you paid for and confirmation numbers.

Usually final documents show everything.

Thanks for your reply.

This is the reason for my concern (although "concern" may be a bit too strong of a word at this stage) is that all documentation between the Travel Agent and me is correct and the Dining Plan is showing as booked.

I'll see if anyone else can assist otherwise it looks like a telephone call to Disney

I would get your TA to call Disney. They are the only ones that Disney will deal with because you booked through a TA. I ran into this problem with my park tickets and it took my TA and Disney I.T. to work out the problem. Apparently there is an added step that Disney has to make on their end to have it show in MDE

Thanks for the advice, so what you're saying is that the DP should be showing on the MDE ?
I'll give the travel agents a call in the morning (work permitting)

It seems like it should after seeing what @lilclerk posted. I am going to call as well just to confirm our dining plan as well. We are using the DP for our trip at Christmas. I know it's paid for and a Disney CM has confirmed it, but I don't see it on my profile either.

it should be showing, however, there has been a glitch over the last week or so. Ours has shown everything from quick service to child table service, it switches pretty much daily, when I called they said the dining plan shows correctly on their end, and they are working on the glitch

Thanks for that update! I just checked my MDX and it says "2015 Quick Service Meals", but I know good and well that I got the Regular Dining Plan (confirmation email notes this as well). I was about to flip until I read on down!
