MDE 481 days out

So we booked our trip just shortly after the 499 day mark. If I use the website I see the reservation under my account. However if I use the MDE app it doesn't show up but If I try to link it a message comes up saying it's already been linked.

I called Disney and they basically walked me through reinstalling the app, still didn't work and was told to wait a few day.

I called back yesterday and was told it will only show up after 365 day mark

Is this true or should I try my luck and call again

I would save yourself the headache.

You have a long time before you really need the app, no need to waste minutes on the phone

Since it uses calendars and month/day features, it would make sense that it doesn't show anything until you're less than a year out.

The app only shows reservations up to one year out. I know this because I currently have three trips booked. One next month, one in February 2017, one in December 2017. All of my reservations show up online but only the first two show up on the app. I had to call tech support for a different issue so while on the phone with a very competent person I asked why that third reservation doesn't show in my app and he told me that the app only supports a one year calendar.

Ok perfect. It does make sense I'm glad it will show up when I need it.
