The same lawsuits, same kids, same lawyers, same judge. It got thrown out again but this time the judge told him to never come back.:sohappy:

No one ever said McDonalds was health food. There are enough studies out there about the dangers of high fat diets. If you kept eating something and you kept getting fatter wouldn't you stop to look at your diet? No one forced these people to eat it, the did that themselves. I think the judge was correct in killing this lawsuit. People have to start taking responsibility for their own actions; be they good or bad. Its time to grow up.
Parents need to set a good example for the kids they raise and blaming others for your problems is not the way to do that. (sorry, but I had to say it.)
