Maya Tutorial

I just dl'd Maya PLE 4.5 from Alias-WaveFront's site, and I'd like to learn how to do some stuff in it. I already know how to move objects, and use the timeline and such to like, rotate and change the shape of things, but how can i do some of that crazy animation they use in movies? Anyone here *cough DAN cough cough* know anything about it, or know where i can find a good tutorial?
