May room only discounts

Hello! We just had family move to Orlando, and we will be visiting from PA first week of May. We all plan on staying on Disney property for two nights. Can FL residents book two rooms with their resident discount? Should first week of May FL room discounts be released soon? Thanks for your help!

Let me assist on your question...

Florida Residents can book up to 3 rooms (on 3 separate reservations to separate each room charges) and use the discount offer as long as:

*The Resident books all reservations.
*The reservations are at the same Disney resort with the same or overlapping dates.
*The Resident is the first scheduled to arrival if dates are not the same.
*The Resident is present when the other guests check-in to validate the discount offer.
* Each room reservation must be in the names and address of the Guests staying in each room.

A guest cannot book 2 separate reservations in the SAME name and address as one person cannot physically be in two rooms at once. Doing so can cause both reservations to auto-cancel by the system.

To book additional reservation for friends and family, you must have the full legal name of all guests staying in each room, and the ages of all children under 18. We will need you to provide the full mailing address, e-mail address and phone number of each adult guest at the time of booking, no exceptions. The resident's name will be listed as a contact, allowing both the Resident or the Guests in the room to modify or cancel the reservation if needed.

The reservation agent will book each reservation separately in the name and address of the room's occupants (listing your name as the contact and eligible Resident in internal notes) and link the reservations together as a "travel with" party. The resort will know to place the rooms together. For security reasons, the reservation confirmation can only be sent to the home of the Guests occupying the room, regardless of who is paying for or booking the reservation.

Thank you so much for your helpful explanation! Now that we have family living in Orlando, I believe our WDW visits will increase! Thanks again!
