May discounts?

I was wondering if in the past if Disney had any special offers for May. I'm thinking about booking the first or second week. I never went during May so I never paid attention to them. Thanks!

as of now its just wait and see until the current specials run out....were booked for april and we prob wont know until fall (hopefully)....we always book as soon as we can, then apply any specials to the package....

I'm sitting on the fence about booking. It's nice to book ahead so you can get those hard to get Adrs @180 day mark. I know the free dining for September came out long after 180. My friend waited to book her trip and couldn't get a few reservations.

Book now. You will only need to pay the deposit ($200 for a package or one night's fee for room-only) and then have peace-of-mind about being able to book your ADRs at the 180 mark. If a discount becomes available, you can have it applied to your reservation.

We have gone during the first 2 weeks of May the past few years and have always had a room discount. You may not see any spring offers until the end of this year though.

ill echo your reply...all good info. like you, we get the booking out of the way asap....we always go the last few days of april into early may. We like the peace of mind of getting our ADRs out of the way to come the 180 day mark. Were hoping that in sept or oct, the discounts for our time of travel will be out...
