One of my reasons for wanting to go to Disneyland so bad is for the entertainment (Fantasmic!, Electrical Parade & World of Color). My question is - I am planning on visiting DLR in May (Monday - Thursday) I read that is the low season, but will the entertainment be going on?

I cant find any websites that show historical entertainmnet scheduales like WDW. I really want to see these 3 shows but will they be shown during the low season? Are they only shown on weekends?

Disneyland people I need your help!!

I made this mistake in 2007. I took a spur of the moment solo trip to Disneyland because I was absolutely dying to see Remember... Dreams Come True (I'm a sap for fireworks, what can I say?) and went from Monday - Thursday in early June. Well, even though DL (not DCA) was packed to the gills, there was no nighttime entertainment because it was technically not peak season.
So no RDCT, no Fantasmic and no Electrical Parade for me. But I still highly recommend a trip to Disneyland. It blew me away.

The Rivers of America is scheduled to be drained in winter/spring of 2010. Once the water returns to the river, it still takes them a month or more to remount and rehearse the show before Fantasmic! returns.

I would not be at all surprised to see no Fantasmic! at all until mid June or later of 2010.

World of Color is rumored to soft open in March, 2010. And Electrical Parade is rumored to move back to Disneyland in 2010, but no date has been mentioned.

Oh gosh - this is not working out for me at all. So it seems that if I want to see the night time entertainmnet, I must go in July or August. Is there any websites that show Disneyland news and rehabs like all the sites for WDW?

If you want to see every single night-time entertainment in 2010 then yes, you are probably going to need to go in summer. Due to the Rivers of America drained rehab in winter and the yet-to-begin World of Color show opening in spring, it's looking like things won't all be back up and running until late June.

The schedules aren't out that far yet, as that would be a full year in advance. This is info that is coming from unofficial websites. You might try checking out the last few Al Lutz updates on Miceage, as he has the inside scoop on this sort of stuff.
